Mae Lon Ding – President, Personnel Systems Associates Inc. Ms. Ding specializes in the fields of employee compensation, and performance management. She also provides expert witness testimony in litigated cases involving employment discrimination, wrongful termination, employee compensation, and economic damages. Formerly with such prominent consulting firms as the Wyatt Company, The Forum Corporation, KPMG Peat Marwick, and R. A. Smith & Associates, she has been a human resource management consultant since 1978. She has consulted with organizations in banking, financial services, health care, high technology, insurance, manufacturing, and service industries. Her clients have ranged from small family businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Ms. Ding has been published in Workforce Online, Personnel, and the Personnel Journal.
