Bernard Mathaisel (‘Bud’) – owner of Consilium, provides executive consulting on business strategy and information technologies for large companies and for start ups. He is currently an Executive Advisor to Achievo Corporation, a US HQ Company providing IT and software services globally. Previously, for seven years, Bud was the global CIO for the Ford Motor Company, for Solectron, and for the Walt Disney Company. Earlier, Bud was a Partner and the founding Director of Ernst & Young's Center for Business Innovation (CBI) in Boston, a group dedicated to the conception and development of leading-edge ideas and management approaches for business innovation. Bud is a Director on the Board and member of the Audit Committee of e2open, an LLC which provides collaboration and supply chain software and services for the electronics and aerospace industries. He is a researcher and writer for Price Waterhouse Coopers on technology strategy, and a technology consultant/advisor as part of GLG Group and Tribeca Insights. He is a member of the Audit Committee Roundtable of Orange County. Bud has also served on the boards and audit commitees of Packeteer, QD Technologies and AcXess.
