Steven Olson – President, Strategic Growth Solutions Inc., SGS provides consulting in business and technology planning. The SGS mission is to enhance customer satisfaction and improve the growth, market share, and bottom-line for each of its clients. They accomplish their mission by analyzing its clients' existing business strategies and practices, personnel, market position and bottom line and based on the findings they develop, recommend, implement and monitor customized strategic growth solutions. Mr. Olson has held senior positions in large multi-national organizations. His background includes banking, information services, transportation and financial services for technology-based companies. He has served as VP, Technical Strategy on the Global Systems Planning team for Barclays Bank in London and as CIO at Circle Freight International. He also participated in the development and launch of new global banking systems and International Financial Management. Mr. Olson assisted many development stage companies over the last ten years in planning, development, implementation and funding. Mr. Olson has experience in both large scale and medium sized organizations including project management, departmental management, budget management, contract negotiations and strategic systems planning.
